Check your state and local laws for any regulations that may apply. By purchasing a firearm from MLSArms.com, you agree that you are legally allowed to do so. Per Federal law, you must be 21 years or older to purchase a pistol, firearm receivers/frames & 18 years or older to purchase long guns.
We SHIP TO VALID FFL's ONLY (Federal Firearm Licensee).Find an FFL Dealer Near You
Confirm the receiving FFL will accept a transfer from us for the applicable firearm.
It is the customer's responsibility to coordinate arrangements for the receiving FFL to send a valid, signed copy of their FFL to info@mlsarms.com. Please include the business or trade name as it appears on the FFL license, city & state of FFL in the "Comments" section of your order for our reference & faster processing.
If we have shipped to your FFL in the past, please enter "FFL on file" with the FFL's name as listed on the license in the "Comments" section of your order. (FFL on file must be still current & valid)
Your order will be processed and retained until ALL required documents are submitted to and received.
For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on firearms, thus all firearms sales are final.
If you are denied for a background check through the transferring FFL and the firearm(s) must be returned to us, you will be assessed a 15% re-stocking & paperwork handling fee plus the cost of shipping upon pending refund.
Shipping will include insurance as well as signed delivery to your FFL.
We offer 60-Day Firearms Layaway. The firearms layaway plan is offered as a courtesy to our customers who need additional time to pay for a firearm.
Terms & Conditions.
Fees = 25% down plus a $35 layaway fee.
Payments = The minimum payment amount is $25 until paid in full. Layaway period begins on the date of the order and ends 60 calendar days from that date. If the store is closed on the 60th day, this period is extended by one calendar day the store is open.
Cancellation Terms: You may cancel this layaway at any time before your last payment is made by notifying us either by phone, email or in person, but will forfeit all funds paid to date.
If we do not receive your final payment by the end of the terms, we will automatically cancel your layaway purchase and you will forfeit all funds paid.
In the event of ATF 4473 Deny, you will forfeit all funds paid; before starting a layaway plan, be sure you will be approved either by making a firearm purchase previously or by having a valid AZ CCW permit.
All sales are final and subject to our terms and conditions, no returns/exchanges.
Did you find a great deal online for a firearm?
First, we ask that you give us a chance at the sale. Often times, customers end up spending more after paying for shipping fees, credit card fees and then the transfer fee in our store. Otherwise, when you place an order with another seller, you should be emailed an order confirmation. Forward that order confirmation to us as it should contain all the information we need to start the transfer process (info@mlsarms.com).
- We charge $30 for each transferred firearm shipped from a business. The business will need to provide their FFL information in the shipment for processing.
- We charge $30 for each transferred firearm shipped from an individual. Please note that transfers shipped from an individual must include a copy of the sellers photo ID.
- Transfers must be picked up within 7 business days of delivery to our store. Failure to pick up your firearm in a timely manner may result in additional storage fees of $5/day ($25/month max for pistols, $50/month max for long guns).
NFA Transfers
- We charge $80 for each suppressor transfer, $100 for any other NFA item. NFA items are not subject to transfer fees if purchased directly from us. No transfer fees for items purchased through SilencerShop.com when you select us as the dealer or use this link to get to the website directly: www.silencershop.com/mlsarms NOTE: If you find an item on Silencershop.com that you would like to order, we will offer a 5% discount if you order through us directly. Just come in to the store or send us an email with the item you are looking for and we will get it ordered for you.
- All NFA items are processed through SilencerShop.com. There is a $30 processing fee for this.
- There is a $0 Silencer Shop Kiosk Fee (you're welcome). Fingerprints are done on the kiosk.
Requirements
You are required to provide government issue photo identification AND proof of Arizona residence. In general, your drivers license will suffice. If you drivers license does not have your home address on it, you will need to provide something from a government agency that has your name and home address on it. Please do your due dilligence in advance and be prepared for the transaction.
It's up to the purchaser to make sure they can receive a transfer. If you can't you are out of luck. It's up to you to arrange returning the firearm to the seller. You are still responsible for paying our fee. I'm sure you don't work for free, we don't either.
What if I buy a firearm online and then I get denied during the background check process? You are still required to pay us the transfer fee plus any storage fees due and the fees for shipping the firearm back to the seller. The seller of the firearm will likely also charge you restocking fees (if they will accept your firearm at all). We highly suggest you check on return policies before you purchase; this is especially important if your legal background may be questionable. We will not store your firearm for any length of time unless you are current with storage fees. If you are not in contact with us and the storage fees you have accrued are higher than the estimated value of the firearm, we will take ownership of the firearm and will sell it to recoup past fees.
If the firearm you purchased is a product we would normally sell in the store we may make you an offer to take the firearm off your hands, however, keep in mind that we are dealers and buy at cost and you buy at retail so our offer will be considerably less than what you paid for the firearm.
Please ask the seller of the firearm you are purchasing from to send us an email (info@mlsarms.com) requesting our Federal Firearms License (FFL) documentation.
We do ask that sellers keep in mind that when selling to a dealer, our offer will be lower than the retail price you paid because as dealers, we can already buy at wholesale pricing and then we will also reduce our offer because it is used, if it is worn, missing any components, for our costs we incur to process the firearm to ensure it is not stolen etc. To get the maximum value from your firearm, the best way is to sell it on your own but we understand not everyone is comfortable with that type of transaction and we offer to buy from customers for this reason.
LARGE COLLECTIONS/ESTATES: We also help in the selling of larger collections in the event of a move, change in life style or death of a family member. The best way to start this process is to send us an email (info@mlsarms.com) explaining the situation and a general description of the firearms you wish to sell. We will reach out to you with the next steps and provide you with some options.
